Where in New York can I find “movie” tours on Friends the TV series?

I am a big fan of Friends (Ross, Rachel, Chandler, Monica, Joey and Phoebe), and have been harbouring a lifelong dream to visit New York because of this series. Finally my dream is about to come true; I am visiting NYC in April!

Would like to find out if it is possible to “tour” the set and locations of the shoot. Is there a tour operator and tourist spot I should visit? Would appreciate , especially from the folks in New York.

What is the best way to travel from Manhattan to Baltimore by train?

We are making our first trip to NYC and will leave there to visit family in Maryland. The only that we can find is on . Is there a better way? Is there a way better than by rail?
