To travel or to family?

If you were 31 with a 5 year old child and you had the to take time out and overseas but postpone another baby till later, or have a baby first and maybe not be in the to do a few years from now, what would you do? The third option is to and have the baby whilst overseas. This dosent sound too practical but can be done.
So what would you do and why? Keep in mind that the travel is considered important, thats why I`m asking the question.
Thanks so far. If we travel it would be as a family. We are ready for another child, but also see the timing for travel being really good too. This is why i need some advise :)

Travel suggestions? 2 ladies traveling together, looking for somewhere safe, tropical, and budget friendly?
