What signs do you receive or get that you are traveling too much for business? And for the sake of this question, there are no limitations on travel by your employer.

How much is too much? You know you’ve been gone too long when:
- your dog bites you
- you don’t have time to pay your bills
- your plants are dead
- your family doesn’t remember you
- you’re comfortable living in an airport
- your travel agent sends you holiday and birthday cards
- you’ve forgotten how to cook at home
- your lawn looks like a jungle with live monkeys
- you get into the back seat of your own car and give a street address to the driver.
- you haven’t been to your office in so long that someone else is working in your cubicle!
The answer really depends on you and your job. Discuss this topic with your manager.
